- New house, 3 months after first move-in - All furniture items such as washing machine, refrigerator, bed, wardrobe, and dresser are brand new for 3 months
- Both the room and living room have windows and an open view.
- The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
- The view is cool, especially the night scenery.
- There are facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and lounge.
- It's great for contracting and using Wi-Fi at the fastest speed.
