The location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk to Carlton Garden, a 3-minute walk from Paliament Station, and an 8-minute walk from Melbourne Central.
The layout consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath room,
There is no living room sharing, and a total of three people will live together upon move-in.
Facilities: Gym, swimming pool, and tennis courts all available free of charge
Furniture provided: Queen-size bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe, etc.
Common areas: Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, TV, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, air fryer, and utensils.
We always keep our house clean and are looking for someone who can properly observe shared manners. (Please do not smoke indoors)
The location is within the free tram zone across from Carlton Garden, with tram stops 86, 96, 109, and 30 and Parliament Station within a 5-minute walk, making transportation very convenient.
