Hello. We are looking for someone to stay with us in an apartment located right in front of Melbourne Southern Cross Station (668 Bourke St).

Both transportation and living convenience are in top condition.


- Layout: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (no living room share)

- You will use a private restroom to yourself.

- Free access to the gym, swimming pool, and tennis courts inside the building.

- Parking: Parking available inside the building (parking fee not included)


Charge: Single room $420 / Couple $520 (including bill) / Men and women welcome


Bond Bee: 2 weeks' worth

Pay: 4 weeks prepaid

Minimum Stay: 2 months

Move-in available date: From April 30


Offerings

We provide all kitchenware, toilet paper, detergent, and other basic household items. You can start living right away as soon as you come in.


Current resident: I am a full-time chef. Since I usually go out for lunch and return late in the evening, I rarely see each other at home, and I usually keep things very quiet.
