We are hiring an all-rounder staff member at a cozy café located in Richmond, near Melbourne's CBD.

Most local Australian customers are in this store, so fluent English skills to communicate smoothly with colleagues and customers are essential.

+Working Conditions

Working days: Schedule negotiable between Monday ~ Sunday (4 days a week, able to work 15 hours or more)

Hourly wage: Negotiable based on experience and position

Location: Near East Richmond Station (excellent public transport accessibility)

 

+Responsibilities

Coffee and beverage manufacturing (espresso machine operation)

Customer Service and Order Reception

All-round support for store operations

 

+Eligibility

At least 6 months of experience in cafes/restaurants required

(Certificates of completion or one-day coffee courses are not recognized as experience. Only those with actual in-store experience are required to apply.)

Fluent in English conversation

(This is a local work environment where communication is 100% in English.)
