Our team has an average age in their early to mid-30s, making it a great place to communicate and grow together.
Those who already have experience in tile work or have paving experience are also welcome.
Since the work is on-site, you mainly work around East Melbourne. If you work for a few days, you can work on large sites for several months.
The workday usually starts from 7:00 to 3:30 AM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Lunch is usually prepared and eaten by everyone
The hourly wage is $35 per hour for beginners.
If you work overtime occasionally or must work night shifts on weekends, you will receive your hourly wage at 1.5 times your usual rate.
Those with their own cars are welcome. Even if you don't have one, you can pick up your bike at the nearby train station. If the site is too far, we tend to support Yurubi.
If you need to prepare a white card, fluorescent work clothes, and safety shoes, that's great. If you can work with us long-term or full-time, you're welcome.
