Noble Park is looking for a private room sharer!
Move-in is available from August 1
It's not just a house for sharing, but a private home, so the house is clean too!
The room gets plenty of sunlight and comes standard with a queen bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe:)
Separate refrigerators and rice cookers are provided for the share students themselves.
Parking is available via street parking.
There's a bus stop in front of my house,
It takes about 15 minutes on foot to Sandown and Noblepark Stations.
About two bus stops or about a 15-minute walk from my house
There are ALDI, Jim, McDonald's, fuel, chemist, and more.
Someone who uses the house as clean as your own,
You must clean 1~2 times a week with someone sharing a private room.
And since you have children, it would be great if you are a non-smoker.
Inspections are welcome:)
