Admission Requirements for the Department of Accounting
Option1. (Direct admission to the main program with IELTS)
- Completed at least one year of coursework at a regular Korean university
- English proficiency of IELTS 6.5 or higher (6.0 or higher in each section)
Option 2. (Admission after completing the EAP program)
- Completed the first semester of a regular Korean university
- Completion of the EAP course offered by QUT
- IELTS 6.0 or higher (5.5 or higher in each section) > 10 weeks of EAP
- IELTS 5.5 or higher (5.0 or higher in each section) > 20-week EAP course
Option 3. (Admission after completing the Foundation Course)
- Completed at least 2 years of Korean high school
- Completion of the foundation course offered by RMIT
- IELTS 5.5 or higher (5.5 in each subject) > 1-year Foundation course
- IELTS 5.5 or higher (5.0 or higher in each section) > Foundation course for 8 months
Option 4. (Admission after completing the one-year diploma program)
- Completed Korean high school
- Completion of the 1-year diploma program (partial credits recognized and transfer to the main course)
- IELTS 5.5 or higher (5.0 or higher in each section)
Typically, the degree duration is three years, and the semester starts in February and July each year.
