To become an accountant in Australia, you must complete at least 9 out of the 12 basic and essential subjects, and to register as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), you must complete all 12 courses.

To register with the CPA Association of Australia, you must complete a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university. Additionally, your English proficiency must be IELTS 7.0. After that, you register as an associate member. After passing the CPA exam and passing, you must accumulate either 3 years of full-time or 5 years of part-time experience. Once your experience is recognized, you will officially register with the CPA Association of Australia.
