To pursue technical immigration as an engineer, you must undergo a technical assessment through EA (Engineers Australia). Engineers are classified into Professional Engineers, Engineering Technologists, Engineering Associates, and Engineering Managers.

 

***Professional Engineer - Washington Accord / Engineering Technologist - Sydney Accord

If you are a full-member member under the two agreements above - You can pass the technical review with just a bachelor's degree without CDR. Korean universities

This corresponds to Washington Accord, and applicants who cannot obtain engineering certification must undergo technical review in the CDR (Competency Demonstration Report) course.

- Professional Engineer - Bachelor's degree supporting technical review (4 years) / equivalent overseas bachelor's degree

- Engineering Technologist - Bachelor's degree in Technology (3 years) supporting technical review / equivalent overseas bachelor's degree

- Engineering Associate - Advanced Diploma (2 years) or Associate degree Bachelor degree supporting technical review / equivalent overseas degree

- Engineering Manager - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields / equivalent overseas degree


English proficiency is required to have an IELTS score of 6.0 (6.0 in each section).
